Natural Italian lava rock infused for many days in a complex blend of 11 natural essential oils combined specifically for natural alleviating of common menopausal symptoms, settling of mind and body.
This unique blend has been finely tuned to help stabilise mood fluctuation naturally both day and night and alleviate the triggers that lead to hot flush. How To Use
Simply place the jar wherever help is needed and remove the lid allowing the aroma to fill the room and provide calming, effective aid. The jar can be used anytime during the day at home or in your work environment and overnight too if desired, ideally placing it on your bedside table. Replace the lid whenever not in use to extend longevity.
How Long Does The Fragrance Last?
The jar will work well without adding anything for up to 2 months and then you can top-up the fragrance with our Menopause Stones refresher oil to keep the aroma levels at their most effective. If the stones are in use regularly we recommend refreshing them with 2-3 capfuls every few weeks so they deliver peak performance. Simply drizzle the capfuls over the stones, replace the lid, turn the jar a couple of times and then leave them closed for a while to allow the oil to fully absorb. They'll then be good as new and you can continue to keep your stones running for years.

Clary Sage - Breathing in the scent of clary sage oil has an antidepressant effect that can help during menopause and is one of the best essential oil to improve mood and alleviate anxiety. Also good for relieving menopausal flushing frequency and excessive sweating, it can also help to lower blood pressure and aid relaxation, especially of the nervous system. Inhalation of clary sage oil can help lessen cortisol levels (the “stress hormone”) significantly whilst boosting serotonin levels.
Thyme - Helps alleviate menopausal symptoms such as mood swings, hot flushes, and insomnia and also has anti-inflammatory properties. Found to stimulate hormone production it can help regulate progesterone levels, this impacting directly on oestrogen levels and contributing to overall hormonal balance. Antiseptic and antibacterial, it's natural feel good factor also helps relieve stress and anxiety.
Sandalwood - Excellent for mental clarity and, as it also creates a sense of calm and relaxation, it's great too for regulating sleep and lowering stress and anxiety. It can also aid testosterone levels leading to help with other effects of menopause such as vaginal dryness, low libido and weight gain.
Angelica Root - Can help with sleep disturbances often exacerbated by night sweats, anxiety and frequency in needing to pee. The inability to get a good night’s rest can compound other symptoms, leading to tiredness, poor concentration, and irritability. It's also good for fluctuating hormone levels, particularly estrogen which affects neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine, crucial for regulating mood.
Geranium - Inhaling its vapours helps increase oestrogen concentration.
Basil - Great for stabilising feelings of overwhelm with racing thoughts and nervousness. A good all rounder for reducing fatigue and anxiety and increasing energy, mental clarity and positive mood. Can help with bone health and regulate histamine levels which when high can bring on hot flushes.
Chamomile - Excellent for insomnia, it reduces anxiety and helps people get to sleep faster and maintain a deeper level of sleep, thus combating daytime fatigue.
Chasteberry - Used to regulate hormones, it's excellent for hormonal problems before and after the menopause. Helping to relieve depression, reduce emotional destress and suppress the urge to hot flush during perimenopause.
Gardenia - Contains phytoestrogens that are similar to oestrogen in women. It is also known for helping to increase bone mass density thus giving it the potential to reduce the increase in osteoporosis during the menopause.
Rose - Helps to increase oestrogen concentration, leading to fewer hot flushes, improvement in mood and reduction of the symptoms of depression.
Lavender - Good for insomnia and generally calming and balancing. It's also known for combating hot flushes, depression and anxiety and, being a hypotensive sedative and analgesic, gives it pain-relieving properties.
